What Era would You have liked to live in?

    i Would love to live in the 80s! There just something about it that interests me... Not just the music but the style was soo cool too.... I wonder if people in the future would like to live in this generation?

    I liked the 90's.. people were nicer,things were cheaper lol, I wouldnt mind seeing all the bad haircuts again either. But living way back in the day would be pretty cool to experience.

    Oooo, good one John. That era is definitely in my top 3 eras I'd liked have have lived in. They had all that and it was the rise of jazz, they had the first talkie in 1927, The Model-T,etc. Def a goodie. I also think it would have been cool to live in the 1960s. Not the early 1960s, I'm talking about 1965-1975 (Ok late 1960s/early1970s haha). War protests, Psychedelic music and art, they broke racial barriers down and feminism was back and stronger than ever and there was the sexual revolution. So yeah haha. Looks like it was cool. Yay Baby Boomers rebelling! Plus, Martin Luther King delivered his "I Have A Dream"speech then(in 63, though) , it would have been awesome to have been there when he did. Oh and Wodstock and the Monterey Pop Festival.

    I think I would like to experience the Medieval Times. I always have been intrigued by King Arthur tales. Next, if I still had a time machine ? :) I would go back to the 1950's. Pull up to a diner with a cool car, black leather jacket and if I had a girl.. I would call her sweeet heart :)

    I would have loved to have lived in Medieval times. I would want to be a knight. That time just seems so cool and that a lot of stuff was going on. I actually DID live during the mid 80s and 90s. :D Great music. Lots of websites devoted to that stuff now including things like video games, toys, and celebrities of that era.

    Cool topic. As a woman, it's a lot more difficult to pick an era because the more far back in history the era, the worse it was for women. Excluding that detail, I would have loved to live in Tudor England, but more so Greenwich Village during the Jazz Age. I would have partied it up with Edna St. Vincent Millay. Good times.

    Hmmm yeah I'd have to say I'd like to go back to the 90's... I miss my Backstreet Boys and the original Power Rangers. =P

    I'd have to say the 80's too! I was born in 1989 which makes it impossible to remember the 80's lol. I would also LOVE to live in the Jazz Age during the 20's. Especially in New Orleans. <3

    I also think it would have been cool to live in the 1960s and 1970's. Meaning 1965-1975. First, The music: The beatles, the rolling stones, the doors, janis japlin, jimmy hendrix! all to see them live!! Psychedelic music and art!!     Yeah the middle ages would definately be cool there's also something about the 40's I like as well-the red lipstick, pin-up hairstyles and swing dancing. The late 60's are tempting...

    The Middle Ages, you say? Without running water, daily showers, toilets and medical doctors? Eek, that scares me. I wanna live in the future in Era Automatic---easy, convenient and useful.

    You can watch the tudors to have an idea of how it was, plus seeing that hotty of Johnatan Rhys! (my gosh only thinking about him makes me blush!) Plus it's a really good show! really!

    I actually like this era! Lol! If anything, I think I would like to live in a future era! But the Classic ages sound appealing too. (Just not the plumbing, of course. =D)

    I'd have to jump in and say the 20's like John G spoke of! That was the era of Jazz, and I'm all about the Jazz...all forms!!

    hard choice, i did my research and the mini skirt was made in the 1960s so i would want to be born then, but at the same time i would most likely want to be born in the 80s
